Operator and Partner Victor Behm, a professional BMX rider, has been working with dirt since childhood—building jumps, tracks, and shaping land. His lifelong experience in the dirt world is the inspiration behind our motto: In Dirt We Trust. Our second Operator and Partner, Eric Tkacz, is also a longtime BMX rider and close friend, bringing the same passion and expertise to the field. Owner Julia Zimmerman brings a professional background as a Florida State University IT graduate and NJ & FL Realtor®, specializing in land and luxury sales. Together, their combined knowledge and experience created what is now A-Lot Excavating.
